Fast food
Nowadays,
more and more people use to eat fast food or unhealthy food. Many of them don’t do any sport and, as a consequence of
that, they look overweight or fat. In big cities, you can find a lot of McDonald’s, Burger King or KFC and all of them very near. In Spain, for example,
if you want a hamburger in McDonald’s the biggest size is medium. But in
America, you can find small, medium, large and super size.
Last year, we saw a documentary that is very well-known in America called Super Size Me. It is about a mancalled Morgan Spurlock. This man ate McDonald’s food for a period of 30 days only. He wanted to show us that McDonald’s food isn’t healthy and the bad things that it can cause. With this documental we can see clearly that a lot of American people buy junk food.
With all this I want to say that we know that this kind of food isn’t healthy, but isn’t it delicious? It is one thing to eat junk food every day but if we eat once a month it doesn’t matter. What do you think?

Lucy`s accident
When Lucy woke up in hospital it took her a while to piece together where she was and why she was there. At first she tried moving her body but she could`t. She was trying to remember what happened when suddenly her mum came in with the doctor. Lucy asked her mum to tell what had happened and she started:
We were having a weekend in Austria skiing all around the snow, I think you can remember that. You were with your brother going down a difficult slone when you fell and hit your head against a enormous stone. Lucy started realizing and she reminded herself who she could be alive. The doctor said that she can`t probably have hit totally against it. If not she would be almost dead.
Lucy started crying. She admitted that she should have taken more care, and apologized. She didn`t need to but she did. Her mum kissed her and calmed her while the doctor was leaving the room.

The terrible accident
When Lucy woke up in hospital it took her a while to piece together where she was and why she was there.
At first she thought it was a terrifyong nightmare like previous times. But when she tried to get up from the bed she couldn't, her legs were broken, and it seemed that she wasn't going to walk any more. While she was having the breakfast that was by the bed she tried to reconstruct what she had been doing and also what had happened. Immediately, after thinking for about five or six seconds, she remembered almost everything about her accident.
When she had been on the way back home, she needed to cross a wide road. She crossed it despite the fact that the traffic lights were red. She crossed it because she hadn't noticed. So as soon as she started walking across the road she was run over by an extremely huge white lorry.

What I want to have for ever
Some bracelets break easily, but as mine is one of my favourite possessions I want it to last for ever.
That's why it is my prized possesion, and I want to have it for ever. It represents our friendship.
It is made of a little pink thread and it has two pearls in it. It is very beautiful and it has great sentimental value.
Let's start with why a simple bracelet is so important. This is because this year a French girl came to my house for one week: we had a very good time together and when the days were running out, I took her to Laku and between us we chose the same bracelet, but each a different colour. Now she is in France and when I see the bracelet I remember the best days that we had. That's why it is my prized possesion, and I want to have it for ever. It represents our friendship.

Sporting heroes should try to be good role models
It's known that athletes always try to do their best, but they also try to influence children in a good way. One of the most important reasons is tht if a young child sees for example Mario Balotelli (a polemical Italian football player) hitting his girlfriend, like Seferovic did some weeks ago, it isn't a great influence for young children, that's why sports heroes have to try to be idols.
On the other hand, everybody knows that it's almost impossible to be a good person all the time. We are humans and everyone could make a mistake. Talking about that, there are two types of mistakes: 1- There are some mistakes that aren't very important, for example Asier Illarramendi was in Zarautz in the carnival and he dodged a heifer, which is forbidden in his football club, Real Madrid. He apologied and had to pay some fines because of dodging. 2- There are some mistakes that have an enormous impact, for example Seferovic hit his girlfriend two weeks ago, and he slept in the police station. As a consecuence, Real Sociedad has oblied him to pay a compensation to his girlfriend, and he is punished in the club and the national team of Switzerland.
To finish, we have to understand that it's very difficult to be an angel in a way, and that everyone makes some mistakes during life.

Parodies
I have always been interested in parodies. But, what is a parody?
A parody is a kind humorous imitation of something. It could be a film, famous person, a book...anything. Recently many parodies have been made, and they have become very famous. Nowadays, almost all films and musical videos have a parody. For example, here you have a parody of the blockbuster Catching Fire, the second part of the well-known film series "The Hunger Games".
I found this video really amusing. Although it is very simple, it makes you laugh, or at least smile. Sometimes the simplest things are the funniest.
I think that it is funny and entertaining to watch parodies, because sometimes the imitation is so good that you never forget the film, video or whatever the parody was about. It is said that sometimes the parody is more popular than what is being parodied. Many people get annoyed because of this. They say that the parodies decrease the parodied things reputation. But in my opinion, this is better than nothing. As is said many times, it is better to be talked badly about something than not at all, isn't it?

Sporting role models
From my point of view, there cannot be success without failure. I mean, normally when you succeed you beat another person so when you win the other fails. The best example of this is sports. When you're in the final there is always a winner and a loser.
I also believe that the best way of learning is not going to school or similar, it's making mistakes. I mean, if your mother tells you not to touch the cooker because it is hot you may touch it, but when you touch it you will realise that is hot and you will burn yourself and not touch it again. Learning how to react when you win or lose is also very important because you will not always succeed because there is always a person better than you in whatever you do.

Lucy story
When Lucy woke up in hospital it took her a while to piece together where she was and why she was there. She started thinking and she realised that she was lying by someone so she asked the person who was sitting in front of her. That boy told her that she had had a terrible accident in which all her family had died in terrible circumstances.
She couldn't believe what that boy was telling her so she decided to wait until a nurse came so she could ask her about it. After some minutes a nurse came into the room so Lucy thought that was a good opportunity to find out what had happened. She asked the nurse but she said the same that she had been told by the boy, so she decided to wait for the doctor. The doctor told her the same but she didn't believe him.
Finally, the ghosts of her family appeared in the room; Lucy couldn't believe it, but in the end she realised that what she had been told was true, so she started running out of the room, along the corridors, upstairs and when she got to the top of the building; she jumped off.
Before reaching the ground the alarm suddenly rang and she woke up. Everything had been a nightmare and she had to go to school.

Memorable Journey
Two years ago I went with my class to Barcelona. Itwas one of the best expiriences I have ever been likely to have. We went for a week to a really nice hotel where the sea could be seen. We did many different things as for example we plaid paintball, we plaid football and those sorts of things ... We also went to Valencia, which was really good, we saw the accuarium, which was absoluty outstanding because of my passion for animals. Finally, we all came back to San Sebastian by bus which was really fun.

MORE PRECIATE THAN GOLD
The most appreciated
object for me is my grandmother's locket, which was given to me when my grandmother
died. It isn’t a thing that can be replaced like a mobile or a laptop. Is true
that they have some memories of your life but you can make new ones whereas that locket is a piece of my grandma’s life
and a memory of her.
It is
nothing special it is a simply locket covered in silver with a picture of my
grandma and her sister.
It is very important
for me because it is the only thing I have from my grandma. I have met my grandma
but when I was a kid she died and I don’t have many things to remember her so
that locket means more than a simply locket. Someone might say that it has no
value but it depends for what means for you.
So that is
the thing I would save from a fire and I wouldn’t gave to anyone in exchange for all
the gold in the world.
La mina
In my opinion the best restaurant ever is La mina. I really love it and in the way I see it is one of the best restaurants were I had been . I have been there many times and every time I go I realise that I loved it. The food is expectacular, the workers are really friendly and polite and also is cheeper is everything we can want, isn´t it? The atmosphere is incredible it is a really nice place were families can go and enjoy themselves. The only thing the could improve would be the time, I mean, sometimes the food had to be waited for a long period of time. This is a place where I would go every day for lunch.

Where my brother was
When I was young, my family, my father's friends, my mother's friends, my brothe's friends, my friends and I went a jouney to the mountain. I can remember the whole day well but I remember clearly the worse thing that it happened that day.
First, we arrived there at nine o'clock and we put our things near the laske. My father and his friends started making the lunch and my mother and her friends were helping them and sunbatted. My brother and his best friend told us that they didn't want to stay there so they decided to explore the forest, and me with my friends went to the lake.
By the time to have lunch, my brother and his best friend, Jon, hadn't arrived, so all the people started founding them, but one our after, they hadn't appeared. I remember that it was stressful. I also remember my mum crying.
But finally, when the night arrived, they appeared. All the people ran to hug them and started making questions but they didn't answer them. So now, we still don't know what happened that day, but we don't care.

Mobile phones
Nowadays almost all people have a mobile phone. I don't think it is the best invention of the world, it isn't as big as a laptop but it operates like it so it's more comfortable. You can carry with you wherever you want, it fits inside a pocket, a bag and also a purse.
The mobile phone I am still having, was a present from my parents on Christmas Day. Before having this mobile phone from the brand Samsung I had a Blackberry but it worked very bad. When I opened my present and I saw it I started jumping for joy.
Mobile phones are so important to me because if I get lost I could call someone but if I haven't one I would get very stressed.
I use it a lot but I could live without it. There are people who could't live without their mobile phone and I think this is a bit worrying because there are more things in live much more important than having a mobile phone and they must know the value of other kind of things.

LUCY'S NIGHT AS A NIGHTMARE
When Lucy
woke up in hospital it took her a while to piece together where she was and why
she was there.
She was laid on a bed where the walls were white and the floor and the ceiling too. Then her best friend Lydia turned up, Lydia asked Lucy how was she going with her narcotic problem kidding Lucy, but she wasn't getting what she was saying.
Lucy start
thinking about it and as soon as the nurse was entering the bedroom she
starts remembering the night. She was with Tom going to a party but she had a
headache and Tom lend her while he was dancing on the dance floor while Lucy was in very bad conditions to dance when a man offered himself to
drive her home she asked Tom for another pill. Tom gave her another pill but when Tom was saying that those weren`t pills for the headache she fainted and
the man drove her to hospital.
